myIT advanced - we do everything (IT that is) for you, its that easy. we are your IT department, your help desk your Network Operations Centre. you will get monthly invoices for support based on the number of devices and users you ,ave and we will monitor your infrastructure and respond to critical events to keep your business running smoothly. we will establish response and resolution SLA's based on incident or request criticality and make sure we meet them.*

myIT select -  we want to be your everything but will settle for some. you choose what you want us to manage: storage, virtualization, desktops, servers, network switches, firewalls, etc. oh yes, we can monitor those as well 24/7 (critical applications and infrastructure). 

myIT basic - don't like commitments? just call us when you have a problem and we will help you. you can choose from simple time and materials engagements or pre-paid monthly time to guarantee a two-hour response for general help or 30 minute response for emergencies. don't worry, if you don't use your time, we will bank it for you.
